I love the cream, this is very dense, the ideal would serve in a shot glass (very trendy, too), as aperitif or as a refreshment stand appetizer, along with some other mix of vegetables. For me it was a complete meal in a day's dentist!
beans boiled 50 g of bacon
quarter of onion soup
Put the onion in a brown earthenware with bacon smoked, when it is transparent add the cooked beans (or canned, if you have not boiled), add broth or water until the level of the beans and cook about ten minutes. Blend well and, if you want to sift through a sieve or Chinese. Serve warm.
